How the reminders work

The customer opts in. A clear checkbox appears at checkout.
WooCommerce schedules the reminder. The store-wide or product-specific interval starts when the order is completed.
ReorderPing checks before sending. If that customer already bought the product again—or unsubscribed—the email is skipped.
The customer returns to the product. Pro can attribute completed orders back to a signed reminder link.

Customer data stays inside your WordPress installation.
No external email service, no tracking pixel, no monthly sending bill.
