Built by Ollie is run by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the website and ReorderPing support process may collect.
Information you send
If you email me, request founding access or ask for support, I receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, store URL and message.
Website and service data
The website, hosting provider and basic analytics or security tools may record technical information such as browser type, pages visited and an approximate location derived from an IP address. ReorderPing itself runs inside your WordPress installation. It does not send customer data to Built by Ollie.
How information is used
I use information to answer enquiries, check store compatibility, provide installation or support, keep normal business records and improve the website and software. I do not sell personal information.
Payments
When online payments are introduced, payment details will be handled by the named payment provider. Built by Ollie will not store complete card details.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and support information is kept only while it is useful for the conversation, support history or normal legal and accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent by emailing hello@builtbyollie.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
