These terms apply to software supplied by Built by Ollie. They are written for the current ReorderPing Free and founding Pro offers.
ReorderPing Free
ReorderPing Free is supplied under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. It can be installed and used without an email quota or expiry. The software requires WordPress 6.5 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and WooCommerce 8.2 or later.
ReorderPing Pro
ReorderPing Pro is a separate commercial add-on and requires the Free plugin. The founding offer costs £29 for the first year and includes installation assistance. The intended renewal price is £89 per year. A renewal will not be taken automatically unless that is clearly stated at checkout and the customer has agreed to it.
Compatibility and installation
Before a founding Pro purchase, I check the store URL and confirm the current WordPress, PHP and WooCommerce versions. Installation assistance covers installing and configuring ReorderPing on one compatible store. It does not include unrelated website repairs, mail-server work or custom development.
Updates and support
Free updates are provided through the download source available at the time. Pro updates and product support are provided during a paid term using the delivery method described when purchased. No specific feature, integration or future release is promised unless it is written into the order.
Refunds
If you change your mind before installation work starts or the Pro package is supplied, contact me promptly. Once digital software has been supplied or installation has begun, cancellation and refund rights may be limited where the law allows. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights.
Responsible use
Store owners are responsible for their own email consent wording, privacy information, mail delivery setup and compliance with laws that apply to their customers. ReorderPing includes consent and unsubscribe controls, but it does not provide legal advice.
Warranty and liability
The software is tested on the versions listed on the product page, but no software can be guaranteed to work with every theme, plugin, hosting setup or mail provider. Any legal limits on liability remain subject to applicable law.
